BFGoodrich® DR454TM delivers max fuel efficiency, serious grip and excellent retreadability
GREENVILLE, S.C. (May 19, 2014) - BFGoodrich® brand tires have a long and winning history of proven performance, having conquered Baja races, the steepest rock climbs and race tracks around the world. And BFGoodrich® Commercial Truck Tires also have a proud history of helping American truckers take on our nation’s highways and by-ways every day. Starting today, this legacy will expand with the launch of the new BFGoodrich® DR454™ SmartWay® verified highway drive tire.
The new BFGoodrich DR454 offers low rolling resistance and, with the SmartWay designation, meets the fuel efficiency expectations, carrier certifications and regulations that today’s highway operations demand. It also provides serious grip in wet conditions, excellent retreadability and long, even wear for a SmartWay verified tire. With the ST244™ or ST230™ all position/steer tires and the TR144™ trailer tire, BFGoodrich now offers a total SmartWay verified solution for highway applications.
