NexTraq Receives Stevie Award for Customer Service

ATLANTA, Ga., Feb. 4, 2021 — NexTraq, a Michelin® Group company, is the recipient of a Silver Stevie award in the Customer Service Department of the Year - All Other Industries category in the 15th annual Stevie Awards® for Sales & Customer Service.  Recognized as the world's top customer service awards and sales awards, award winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 professionals on nine specialized judging committees. More than 2,300 nominations from organizations in 51 nations were considered in this year’s competition.

The Stevie Awards are the world's premier business awards.  They were created in 2002 to honor and generate public recognition of the achievements and positive contributions of organizations and working professionals worldwide. The Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service recognize the achievements of sales, customer service, and call center professionals. Stevie Award winners will be celebrated at a virtual awards ceremony on April 14.
